Mr. Anil Jain founder of ANIL PROPERTIES, has started this company since 1984. After completion of this post graduation, Mr. Anil Jain came to Noida to meet with one of his friend . In 1983, who was running a factory in Noida. Mr. Anil Jain surveyed Noida and found out that with in few years. Noida can be come one of the best Industrial township in India. and be later for his home town with some ideas. After two months he came back to start his business, carrying lots of ideas in his mind and then he again started surveying Noida from the scratch. After completing his survey for seven day's on his feet. He saw that the infrastructure, Roads, Electricity facility was so good that he get impressed. He met with Real Estate agents and realized that the agents are not educated enough with laws and procedure of Noida authority. So, that he decided to become a Real Estate Agent, being educated person he understood the laws and procedure of Noida authority very quickly. Then, he started a shop in 1984, in the name of "ANIL ASSOCIATES" Shop No. 29 at Sharma Market, Opposite : Bus Terminal Sec.-06, Noida near by Noida authority office.
